Once registered, you will be provided a link to the virtual platform and credentials to log in. During the event, you will go to the event website and log in. You will be taken to the virtual lobby. From the lobby, you will have access to the virtual exhibit hall, main stage and education sessions.
The virtual event will be streamed October 27-29, 2020. There will be an “Open House” on Monday, October 26th for attendees to login and familiarize themselves with the platform if they choose.

The event is hosted in Central Time. All sessions will be available on-demand for viewing at your convenience for two weeks after the event.
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the internet.
No. Some exhibitors may have the ability to request a video chat, but it is not required in order to participate.
Good internet connectivity will ensure high-quality video streaming.
Since this is a closed show, open to only Nationwide Members, your registration must go through an approval process. Therefore, registration will close on Friday, October 23, to allow our registration team time to approve your application and send your login credentials to you electronically.
All sessions will be available on demand in the PrimeTime virtual event area free of charge for two weeks after the event except for The Economic Update and the M2M Social Hour Sessions.
All employees of a Nationwide Marketing Group Member company are invited to participate.
No. Your login credentials will be unique to you, will be under your name and cannot be logged into the platform more than once. Multiple log-in attempts using the same credentials will boot out the user logged in first.
You will be able to engage with exhibitors, subject matter experts as well as your fellow PrimeTime event attendees. Please visit the live sessions, the chats in each booth and the networking lounge.
Yes. You can add documents provided by each exhibitor or presenter to your online swag bag and then email them to yourself.
Yes. The virtual exhibit hall will allow our Vendor Partners to interact with all attendees via chat or video conferencing. The virtual exhibit hall will give attendees the ability to visit custom booths, browse through the resources. Don’t miss out on this special virtual engagement opportunity!
